Penentuan distribusi dosis serap target volume kanker serviks pada radioterapi Cobalt-60 berbasis Monte Carlo

Penyinaran radioterapi pada kanker serviks diperlukan perencanaan. Treatment Planning System (TPS) untuk memaksimalkan dosis serap sel dan meminimalkan organ sekitar. Untuk mengetahui distribusi maka simulasi menggunakan Monte Carlo. Carlo metode probabilistik karena perjalanan foton secara acak heterogenitas yang diradiasi. Pemodelan phantom dilakukan mengacu ukuran tubuh wanita dewasa di Asia Taiwanese Reference Woman (TRW). Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan radiasi sekitar, dengan teknik penyinaran sudut 0˚dan 180˚, serta gabungan dari variasi dalam bentuk kontur berdasarkan target volume (GTV, CTV PTV) ICRU 50. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dihitung dua 0º 180 º GTV 1,32 Gy, kandung kemih 1,29 0,350 rektum 1,21 Gy. Hasil berada dibawah rentang diperbolehkan yaitu 1,5-2,5 Distribusi maksimum terdapat tepat mengenai memenuhi syarat laporan Dari telah dilakukan, dapat dilanjutkan Multi Leaf Collimator menambah ada bagian perut bawah sehingga sebaran keseluruhan perut.
